2008	QP Semiconductor was acquired by e2v in October 2008. On the basis of continuing to enjoy the agency rights for QP products, the company prioritizes obtaining the distribution rights for e2v products. E2v is a high-tech component and subsystem manufacturer based in the UK with six production plants in Europe and North America. The goal of e2v company is to become a global leader in the design of special devices and subsystems, as well as an advanced system integrator serving the world as a supplier, enabling it to provide innovative solutions in the medical, scientific, aerospace, defense, commercial, and industrial markets.
2007	The company has applied for registration of trademarks in China with the words "Xinghangyuan", "XHY", and graphics to create the "Xinghangyuan" brand and consolidate its corporate brand image. It has been recognized by the State Trademark Administration and is protected by national laws.
2005	The company has officially become the agent of QP Semiconductor in the Asia Pacific region. QP Semiconductor is a company located in the United States that designs and supplies special semiconductor devices for the defense and aerospace markets, providing complete solutions for DMS (reduced production) and EOL (discontinued production) semiconductors in aerospace and some high-tech fields.
