It is understood that the trading center is located in Qianhai, Shenzhen, with a registered capital of 2.128 billion yuan.

In January this year, in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Implementation Plan of Comprehensive Reform Pilot for Socialism with Chinese characteristics Pilot Zone in Shenzhen (2020-2025) and the Action Plan for Building a High Standard Market System, and with the consent of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, we supported Shenzhen to optimize the layout of similar exchanges, establish a market-oriented international trading center for electronic components and integrated circuits, and build electronic components A new platform for integrated circuit enterprises and product market access, promoting the agglomeration, integration, and cluster development of upstream and downstream supply chains and industrial chains. Support electronic component and integrated circuit enterprises to settle in trading centers, encourage domestic and foreign users to purchase electronic components and various specialized chips through trading centers, and support integrated circuit design companies and user units to cooperate through trading centers.

In the same month, the "Several Measures for Promoting the Reform and Innovation of Trade and Investment Facilitation in Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone" proposed to support the construction of the Asia Pacific Electronic Component Distribution Center, Marine Transit Distribution Center, and Departure Air Transport Service Center in the Qianhai Shekou area. The introduction of many policies will provide strong support for the development of electronic components and electronic information industry in Shenzhen.
